Karen Phelps uses many simple techniques in her telephone training seminars that help to clearly convey her wealth of valuable advice easy, makes it easy to understand, easy to remember and easy to apply to my business immediately. Karen, I went Manager in my Direct selling business because I made the choice to be on the teleseminars when at all possible and then went to work making it happen.
